1. Business Unit Manager
Responsible to manage all the operational activities in sales, purchasing & logistic, financial, human resources, safety, legal & general affair. Possess a strong leadership
2. Sales & Marketing Officer / Supervisor
Responsible to achieve sales target
3. Top Drive Supervisor
Responsible to rig up, rig down, run Top Drive, maintenance & inspection the performance of Top Drive. Be able to work in a team. Min qualification is bachelor degree or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience or Diploma (D3) degree majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 10 years experience in the field Engineering in Oil & Gas. Experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics or Drilling Engineering is preferable. Possess a strong leadership & supervisory skills
4. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Responsible to handle maintenance & trouble shooting in Top Drive System. Min qualification is bachelor of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 5 years experience in Electrical or Hydraulics Top Drive System. Possess a good team working & strong leadership.
General requirements :
· Has a min 5 years experiences (manager), 3-5 years experiences (Supervisor), and 1 year experience (Officer) in similar position & business unit
· Responsive; possess strong initiatives, good analytical, problem solving & communication skill; proficient in written & spoken English; good interpersonal skill; high loyalty, focus & proactive; strictly no smoking; willing to be placed in Java, Bali, Kalimantan & Sumatra region
