Lowongan Kerja SUPERINTENDENT – PT. ASIA PACIFIC FIBERS TBK

We are looking for following ‘Experienced & Dynamic Engineering Professionals’ for our Yarn Manufacturing Plant at Central Java.

A.    DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (ELECTRIC & INSTRUMENTS)
B.    MANAGER (ELECTRIC)
C.    MANAGER (INSTRUMENT)
D.    MANAGER (UTILITY)
E.    SUPERINTENDENT (UTILITY)

General requirements:
·    Gender: Male
·    Aged 32-40 years, having industrial experience of more than 10 years <for E>, 40-46 years, having industrial experience of more than 15 years <for B, C, D> and more than 20 years <for A>
·    Graduated: S1 (Electric/Electronics/Instrument) <for A> S1/D3 (Electric/Electronics) <for B>, (Electric/Electronics/Instrument) <for C>, and (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) <for D & E>
·    Should have worked in Process Industry like Petrochemical, Polymer, Cement, Power, etc.
·    Have experienced in implementing SOPs and ISO documents.
·    Ready to give training to all subordinates.

Special requirements: Should have extensive knowledge of following.

For (A):
1.    Principles & Practices of Electric Maintenance of Switch Gears, Transformers, Power Control Centers & Motor Controls
2.    Controls System & Instrumentation.
3.    Well versed with Predictive, Preventive & Proactive Maintenance techniques and procedural.

For (B):
·    HV & MV Power distribution
·    Maintenance of Electrical Equipment

For (C):
·    Instruments used for Temperature, Pressure & Flow.
·    Conversant with Process Flow and Instrument diagrams, Control systems, PLC & safety interlocks

For (D):
·    Centrifugal chiller, Cooling towers, Dryers, Blowers, Pumps, Compressors, Boilers etc.
·    Risk analysis and risk controls.
·    HSE

For (E):
·    Maintenance and operation of Centrifugal chiller, Cooling towers, Dryers, Blowers, Pumps, Compressors, Boilers, etc.

Responsible:
·    To lead: team of engineers for Operation & Maintenance of E&I system <for A> team of engineers and technicians for Operation & Maintenance of Electric & Power System <for B> control Department & overall administration <for C and D> and also Planning. Budgeting, Cost calculation <for D>.
·    Coordinate with: Production Department for process requirements <for A>, PLN for smooth and trouble free Power <for B> and with Vendors and external parties <for D>
·    Hazard identification & risk analysis. Shutdown planning & coordination <for C and D>.

Specific Responsible:
For (A):
·    To ensure availability of assets for maximum utilization
·    Show continuous improvement in Plant Performance

For (B)
·    Safe optimal operation of Power Distribution System
·    Implementation of Power Saving Plan

For (C)
·    Planning, Budgeting. Cost Calculation, Inventory Management

For (D)
·    Piping Layouts, P&Ids, GA
·    Inventory management & control. Manpower Budgeting.

For (E)
·    Job scheduling, PM planning, Condition monitoring, Vibration analysis
·    Emergency handling
·    Maintenance of Utility equipment, piping, etc
·    Inventory Management, Preparation drawings like Isometric, GA etc
