PLANT MANAGER (Valve Mfg.)
·    Male, Min 32 years old
·    Bachelor degree in Industrial, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering Above 5 years experiences in manufacturing, experience in Valve is advantage
·    Good leadership and management
·    Independence, self confidence-driven, discipline, positive enthusiastic attitude, strong leadership, high integrity, ambitious, fast, accurate, hard-working team player and able to work under pressure
·    English is a must and Mandarin is plus point
·    Computer literate

Responsible for the whole operation of the manufacturing production:
·    Plan, organize and control the operation of the factory to make products within quality standard, production schedule according to customer requirement and comply the company regulation and standards through integrated Internal Plant Audit System
·    Coordinate with internal parties e.g. marketing, QC and procurement and set good community development with external parties e.g. supplier, neighborhood
·    Budgeting all operational and capital expenses yearly and control all expense and 3 M (Muda, Mura & Mud ) incurred within committed budget
·    Set up Safety and Health Environment and 5S Programs in the Factory, to make sure all the operation of factory comply to GMP and government regulations, standardize, control and maintain all procedure and manuals using ISO 9001 system

SALES MANAGER (Sales Mgr)
·    Male, Min 32 years old
·    Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics
·    5 years experiences in Valve Business (Ball, Gate, Check, Globe Valve)
·    Strong Entrepreneurship, negotiation and leadership skills
·    Good relationship and networking with Oil and Gas Company including Migas
·    Willing to work under pressure and target oriented
·    English is a must and Mandarin is plus point Computer literate
