We are expanding shipping company seeking qualified candidates for the following positions :

1. Recruitment & Training Supervisor (RTSPV)
•    Graduated from Marine Academy / ANT II
•    Familiar with handling of marine personnel recruitment, wage negotiation, welfare, etc.
•    Having knowledge of STCW, relevant international manning requirements, computer literate
•    Source, select, recruit properly certified & suitable crew which comply with STCW matrix
•    Possess good communication, recruitment & interpersonal skill

2. Assistant Superintendent (ASPTD)
•    Holding valid CE’s certificate
•    Fluent in oral & written English & computer operations.

Experience & other requirements :
•    Sailing experience as CE on different type of ships of higher Dead Weight (Tanker / Bulk Carrier / Cargo Ship)
•    Familiar with planned maintenance, monitoring of vessel defects, and dry docking process
•    Dealing with different classification societies
•    1-2 years experience ashore dealing with ships running repairs and maintenance system and guiding vessel accordingly to have min delay or any off hire, age 35-40 years
•    Good safety awareness and familiar with ISM / ISO requirements
