PRICING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities:
·    Increase margin (absolute & relative) within country through better cross functions engagement and more sophisticated pricing techniques to extract more value and/or drive strong market share and top line growth.
·    Manage and lead pricing policy in country, in close liaison with the product management team.
·    Provide marketing and sales leadership in programs aimed at broad based improvement in capability and business process such as: reviews on current pricing strategies, the competition, the industry.
·    Monitor the pricing levers’ effectiveness to reshape Sales & Marketing policies.
·    Analyze all sales and promotions to assure the appropriate prices and margins are maintained.
·    Implement in close relation with Finance and IS the regional roadmap to improve data and systems readiness for further successful implementation of a long-term pricing software solution.

Requirements:
·    Posses Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university with critical knowledge of Finance or Marketing.
·    Experience in pricing process set up, Value Pricing and selling techniques or as Pricing Manager in the current/previous position.
·    Excel-based Analysis & Statistics
·    Excellent English.
·    Strong leadership & good communication skills to build positive win-win cross functional relationship and interaction with Senior Management.
