R&M a US based transportation, traffic, civil and structural engineering firm is seeking following engineers and experts to join our exciting team for assignments in Indonesia and elsewhere in Asia. The positions below require experience in the development, design, construction and maintenance of highway projects.

1. SENIOR HIGHWAY DESIGN ENGINEERS
- Positions require degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in project plan preparation using CAD methods, geometric design and construction supervision.

2. SENIOR BRIDGE DESIGN ENGINEERS
- Positions require degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in bridge design, checking of bridge design plans, retaining walls, and other structures.

3. TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION EXPERTS
- Positions require degree in Civil Engineering with Post-graduation in Traffic/Transportation engineering with 5 to 10 years experience in traffic analysis, traffic projection, road safety audits and traffic management schemes during construction.

4. GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS (PAVEMENT / MATERIAL)
- Positions require degree in Civil Engineering with Post graduation in Geotechnical engineering with minimum of 10 years of experience in flexible/rigid pavement design, life cycle cost analysis, review of test results, supervision and inspection of mixing plants, and field laboratories.

5. OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS
- Positions to be based in Jakarta require a Diploma or Advanced/Graduate Diploma with 2 to 5 years experience in office administrative duties. Written and communication skills in English and knowledge in MS Word. Excel & PowerPoint preferred.
