A leading retail company, with various products and extensive network across Indonesia, currently invite professionals to fill in the following position:

MARKETING DIRECTOR (MD)

Position Responsibilities
Direct firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate development through marketing and services programs.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
2. Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.
3. Organize and implement relations including; customer satisfaction surveys; CRM; others special events.
4. Business development: activities including: planning and writing proposals for new business.
5. Develop and manage advertising promotion division and activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree with maximum age of 50
• Must be 8 years experience in the same position; preferably in Marketing and Brand Management from retail or consumer goods company
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
