Management Trainee (MT)

The MT is designed to shape high potential candidates to become our champion Financial Lese Marketing Officers. Selected candidates will join our comprehensive six month Management Trainee Program to be trained in all financial lease aspects.

General qualifications :
•    S1 or S2 graduate from reputable university (fresh or having 1-2 years of meaningful work experience) min GPA of 2.85 (out of 4.00)
•    Max age 25 years old
•    Computer literate
•    Dynamic, personality, achievement driven
•    Previous involvement in organizational activities will be positively regarded
•    Enjoy activity collaboration with diverse group of people
•    Willing & ready to be assigned in our branches throughout Indonesia
