Lowongan Kerja Maintenance – U.S Consulate General

The U.S Consulate General in Surabaya is seeking an individual for the position:
Maintenance (HVAC), (FSN-35/2010) in the Facility Maintenance Unit (FMU)
·    S/He performs duties involved in installation, renovation, modification, preventive maintenance & repair, rebuilding of machine, equipment, components, and control devices associated with refrigeration and air conditioning system, including cooling, heating, ventilation and air circulation system for various government held properties.
·    S/He also performs maintenance / repair, rebuild, installation of other housing appliance such as washer, dryer, oven, stove, water heater, etc

Qualification Required:
1.    At least High School Diploma is required
2.    At least 2 years direct experience in maintenance, repair and construction of HVAC type of work required
3.    Level II (Limited Knowledge) in speaking/reading/writing in English and Level III (Good Working Knowledge) in Bahasa Indonesia are required
4.    Must have knowledge in some local resources of materials and products, local cultures, customs and attitudes in each different region, as well as understanding of the aspects of different jobs and ability to learn how to fulfill and complete various job requirements in accordance.
5.    Must possess advance knowledge in carpentry and must be enthusiastic to learn new technology. Must have skills using HVAC power tools and utilize modern HVAC equipment (refrigerant recycling machine, air flow meter, voltage / ampere meter welding machine, oxy-aceltylene, etc)
6.    Must have skill in manual and mechanical lifting and be familiar with various safety equipment. Must be able to operate basic truck, forklift, utility vehicle and common vehicle and possess driver’s license (SIM A)
