We are a Foreign Engineering Company providing solutions to generate low cost electricity. We are dedicated for below 10 MW class small power generation with industrial consumers in South East Asia. We are looking forward applicants which interest to optimize engineering experience/skills and participate as core member of this beginning of organization growth.

URGENT REQUIREMENT
1. ENGINEERING MANAGER (TEAM LEADER)
2. LEAD ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
3. LEAD ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
•    Indonesia and expats are invited to apply
•    English verbal and written, fluent in Japanese is advantage
•    Strong team player & can work independently with little supervision
•    Mature, high integrity, participative leadership style, flexible, multicultural type person & able to adapt different culture
•    Willing to be stationed in Jakarta , Indonesia, and able to travel oversea/outstation, and to work under pressure

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ENGINEERING MANAGER (TEAM LEADER)
•    At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from good reputable university
•    Experience on power generation, especially application engineer or principal design engineer or engineering department manager more than 10 years
•    Able to handle work contents with international engineering point of view
•    Able to organize 8 to 10 international level engineers and local men power structure as engineering manager
•    Having work experience in commissioning of COGEN plants
•    Planning & Controlling of the whole erection period
•    Arranging for proper documentation
•    Designing electrical system, trouble shooting, and technical sales support

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR LEAD ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
•    At least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from good reputable university
•    Hands on experience on designing of system for industrial segment or utility segment more than 5 years
•    Able to work with international engineering point of view, also can be work with South East Asia region style
•    Able to work as lead engineer for business unit / project under engineering department with local men power structure management

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR LEAD ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
•    At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from good reputable university
•    Hands on experience on designing system for industrial segment or utility segment more than 5 years
•    Knowledgeable about medium voltage and low voltage electrical system
•    Able to work with international engineering point of view, also can be work with South East Asia region style
•    Able to work as lead engineer for business unit / project under engineering department with local men power structure management
