Australia Indonesia Partnership Kemitraan Australia Indonesia. The Indonesian Infrastructure Initiative (IndII) seeks the services of:

a. Senior Secretary / Office Administrator (Code: Senior Secretary/Office Administrator)
She has to provide short-term administrative services in support of its activities and the work of Directorate General of Highways Lead Advisory Team. Strong organizational skills with minimum 5 years experience and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this post. Experience in an international company or international working environment is an advantage. Aptitude in a wide range of computer skills, communication, and email is essential.

b. Junior Secretary (Code: Junior Secretary – Transport)
She has to provide short-term administrative services in support of its activities and the work of Transport Support Team. Strong organizational skills with at least 2 years experience and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this post. Experience in international company or international working environment is an advantage. Aptitude in a wide range of computer skills, communication, and email is essential.

It is important that the appointee has an engaging personality and is able to work well on their own initiative. Similar experience within a demanding work environment would be appreciated.
