Associate Partner (AP)
·    More than 10 years of leadership experience in professional firms, corporations, or institutions
·    Strong business network and marketing skills
·    Strong people development skills
·    Able to contribute from day 1

Consultant (CP) / Project Manager (PM)
·    More than 3 years (for Consultant) or 5 years (for Project Manager) of working and leadership experience in business / management / management consulting
·    Strong academic (2nd degree preferred) and result oriented

Junior Consultant (JC)
·    Graduate or final year MBA / MM / Engineering Master with strong GPA from reputable university
·    S1 graduate from business & engineering from reputable university WITH min 2 years of working experience
