We are a leading fast moving Consumer Goods Company manufacturing market leader’s functional home care & food product located in Jakarta & Cikarang. We are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions :

1. Human Resource Supervisor (HRS)
Specific qualifications :
•    Male / Female, max 30 years old
•    Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law / Management with min GPA 3.00
•    Having min 2 years experience in HR field
•    Excellent knowledge in human resource management such as industrial relations, training, company policy, recruitment, job description, grading system & other human resource aspects

2. Recruitment & People Development Staff (RPD)
Specific qualifications :
•    Male / Female, max 28 years old
•    Min bachelor degree in Psychology with min GPA 3.00
•    Min 1 year experience as recruiter
•    Familiar with Psychological test procedure & administration

3. Training Staff (TS)
Specific qualifications :
•    Male, max 27 years old
•    Bachelor degree from any discipline min GPA 3.00
•    Excellent knowledge in training matters & HR system

4. Purchasing Supervisor (PS)
Specific qualifications :
•    Bachelor degree in Management / Industrial Engineering
•    Min 2 years solid experienced as a Purchasing Supervisor at FMCG
•    Good experience in pricing strategy, maintain supply performance, reduce purchase risk, developing 2nd / 3rd supplier

5. Corporate Legal Specialist (CLS)
Specific qualifications :
•    Min bachelor degree in Law, graduate from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00)
•    Have min 2 years experience in Labor Law, Civil Procedure Law (Litigation Skill), Civil Law, Business Law, Company Law (including but not limited Ms Office, internet & email)
•    Possess strong legal writing / drafting skill, negotiation skill & speech writing skill

General qualifications :
•    Excellent in written & spoken English is a must
•    Computer literate (including but not limited Ms Office, internet & email)
•    Possess strong leadership, inter personal communication, problem solving & analytical  skills
•    Having solid planning & organizing skill
•    Structured, organized person, responsible & nice personality
•    Have a Can Do attitude, communication & relationship building, conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork
•    High integrity, positive thinking & attitudes, honesty, persistent, team player
•    Proactive, hard worker, discipline & willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet deadline
