Head of Internal Audit
1.    Decide and guide audit inspection policy and plan towards overall Bank’s operation and management, both Off Site and On Site Audit to improve and to develop risk management system and internal control in order to identify potential of risks of Banks and the action plan solutions.
2.    To coordinate Passive Audit Inspection and lead the audit plan related to Inspection of reports from Branches/Sub Branches such as Financial Statements, Balance Sheet Reports, Profit/Loss, Internal and External Reports (Including to Central Bank) to ensure the accuracy and time delivery of report.
3.    To present Audit Report (Passive and Active Reports) to President Director, Commissioners including Compliance Director and Central Bank
4.    To give recommendation to Board of Directors though consultative activities related to audit findings and risk management to support achievement of Bank’s business target. To develop and to improve Audit Policy, System and Infrastructure and Control System referred to the updated international audit practices.

Requirements:
·    Minimum education of Bachelor degree major in finance or accounting (Master Degree would be an advantage)
·    Min. 5-6 years experience in bank as internal auditor
·    Experience or familiar with Banking Operation & Procedure, Audit Methodology, Tools & Analysis. Government Regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit & Marketing, Bank Accounting and Report Writing
·    Good in Teamwork, Analytical and Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Thinking also Integrity
·    Fluent In English both oral and written (Fluent in mandarin would be an advantage), computer literate.
·    Minimum age should below 40 Years old.
·    Able to work under pressure.

Head of Legal
1.    Perform the proper supervision and coordination of both staff and branches in the effort of bad debt’s settlement, either in Operational Head Office or Unit Offices of Bank Branches In accordance with the established working program and target
2.    Compose the bad debt collection’s strategy Including the judgment/consideration on the compromise/negotiation of the settlement’s amount with the debtors, propose the forfeiture/the transfer of assurance, set forth the collection’s effort to Bank Lawyer and recommend the restructuring of the credit facility in compliance with the client’s ability to settle in phases/periodically, especially the debtors of whose businesses are still considered in the sound category
3.    Consider and propose the cancellation of some or overall loan basis’ value, review and recommend the granting of the alleviation to debtors in accordance with the already carried-out-collection effort’s intensity by estimating the loss level of the bank side
4.    Monitor the credit settlement’s effort of Head office and branches/supporting branches under its authority.

Requirements:
·    Minimum education of Bachelor degree major in law, (Master Degree would be an advantage)
·    Min. 5 years experience in bank as Legal Officer
·    Experience or familiar with Business Understanding & Financial Analysis, Legal Drafting Skill and Analysis, Money Market, Treasury Derivative Transaction and Legal Counseling
·    Good in Group Cooperation, Analytical and Conceptual Skill. Strategic Skill, Influence Ability and also Management Control
·    Fluent in English both oral and written (Fluent in mandarin would be an advantage), computer literate
·    Minimum age should below 40 Years old
·    Able to work under pressure
