HC Performance Manager
(Code : HCP-1002)
•    Driving and monitoring the performance management process across the firm, leading improvement on performance management system and develop projects
•    Conducting projects n Code of Conduct and Coaching initiatives based on the firm and Human Capital strategy

HC Talent Manager
(Code : HCT-1002)
•    Driving and monitoring talent management initiatives and projects, i.e. graduate recruitment, talent mapping, global mobility
•    Actively involved in developing new talent management projects based on the firm and Human Capital strategy

Qualifications :
•    Bachelor degree in Management / Psychology / Business or equivalent
•    At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources areas mentioned above, preferably in a multinational company
•    Strong exposure and sound knowledge in performance or talent management, compensation and benefit, organization development, competency-based human capital strategy
•    Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
•    Ability to work in teams or independently with min supervision, and to manage multitasks
•    Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral & written
