1. Management Development Program (MDP)
·    Male/ Female, max 27 years old
·    Minimum of Strata 1(S-1) or higher with excellent grades
·    Fresh Graduate from any discipline are welcome to apply
·    Ability to do excellent presentation in foreign language such as English or Mandarin is A MUST
·    Strong leadership and a visionary

2. Financial Consultant (FC)
·    Male/Female, max 27, graduates from Diploma III
·    Fluent in English both oral and written (mandarin is advantage)
·    Professional and Mature appearance
·    Candidates with – 2 years experience in finance, Insurance or any related field is very much encouraged to apply
