A fast growing foreign investment furniture manufacturing company in Semarang is looking for :

1. Product Engineering and Development Manager
•    Min 5 years experience in all phases of operations in a manufacturing firm or wooden, leather, rattan & metal furniture
•    Excellent knowledge in furniture drafting, construction, assembly & jig / pattern making
•    Proficient in interpreting & analyzing working drawing / full size drawing
•    Knowledge on basic wood working machine & its operation
•    Familiar with AutoCAD software, inventor software capability would be an plus point

2. PPC Head
•    Min 3 years experience in production, planning & scheduling, preferably in furniture manufacturing

3. QA Manager
•    Min 5 years experience in managerial position in furniture operations
•    Knowledge about the basic principle of quality management system and material management
•    Experience in metal & carved wooden furniture combination with leather and veneer materials; knowledge about accessories & other home furnishing

4. Finishing Manager
•    Min 3 years experience in manufacturing and / or wood finishing environment with demonstrated team participation and leadership
•    Expert in wood coast system, solvent based finishes such as toners, stains, sealers & topcoat, air assisted, airless & spray gun technology
•    Having knowledge of TQM, problem solving techniques
•    Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and organizational skill and proven management capability to handle about 500 employee

5. Customer Service & Shipping Head
•    Min 2 years in similar position
•    Communicate with foreign customer as well as coordinate with manufacturing team

6. Maintenance Manager
•    Min 5 years in similar position in manufacturing operations
•    Experience in handle CNC machine

General requirements :
•    Graduate in any engineering course (1,2,3), graduates of any discipline (4,5), Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (6)
•    Experience in MRP (ERP Software) (2,5)
•    Familiar with QAD (MFG/Pro) would be an advantage
•    Fluent in oral & written communication in English
•    Computer literate
•    Intelligent, assertive, open minded & with qualifies or a strong leader
•    Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation & conflict resolution skills & demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse group of employees and build a team culture
