Country Director

Job Summary
The Country Director provides overall spiritual and corporate leadership for the fulfillment of Organization’s mission and vision in the field office ensuring that child, sponsor and partner outcomes are

Qualification Requirements:
•    Master degree in Management/Leadership/Child Development/Theology/Social Fields or Bachelor Degree with equivalent experience
•    At least 5 years experience in leadership/top management level and able to lead a Wide organization in partnership with the local churches
•    The ability to develop office vision/mission, strategy planning and implementation through positive and trusting intercultural and interdenominational relationships
•    Has strong team building, people management and interpersonal skills also sufficient financial skills
•    Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa both verbally and in writing
•    Familiar with Microsoft Office for operational management
•    Able to travel both inside and outside the country
