We are an expanding PMA oil palm plantation company, seeking highly motivated candidates who are keen to build career in the plantation industry and undergo a traineeship programme :

1. Management Trainee – Plantation (Code MT-P)
•    Graduates with bachelor degree

2. Management Trainee – Engineer (Code MT-E)
•    Graduates with bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical)

Candidates must possess leadership & interpersonal skills and willing to be relocated to plantation sites. Successful candidates will be given training for 1 year in Malaysia before being assigned to the site. They will be required to sign a bond with the company for 3 years.
