A growing company in Heat Exchanger Industry is expanding to an Aluminium Base Heat Exchanger, domicile in Tangerang, will require some personnel that ready to accept challenges to join us :
1. Factory Manager (FM)
· Manages production planning to fulfill customer order
· Take active role in managing conflicting priorities
· Review & develop production system to ensure better customer delivery
· Bachelor degree in Technical related subject with min 5 years
2. HRD Supervisor (HS)
· Develop & maintain effective training system
· Bachelor degree in Psychology with min 3 years in relevant experience
3. HRD Officer (HO)
· Conduct payroll processing & maintain employee database
· Fresh graduate
4. Production Supervisor (PS)
· Execute production according to plan
· Manage shop floor data to effectively analyzesituation
· Bachelor degree in Technical related subject, with min 5 years
5. Production Officer (PO)
· Assist an execution of production planning according to current standards
· Fresh graduate
6. IT Supervisor (ITS)
· Develop & maintain application
· D3 / S1 Information Management
7. IT Officer (ITO)
· Manage & administer system performance & trouble shooting
· Fresh graduate
8. Engineering Process Supervisor (EPS)
· Develop & manage quality production system most effectively
· Able to use AutoCAD
· Having previous knowledge about APQP, FMEA, Metal Forming & their applications
· Bachelor degree in Technical related subject, with min 3 years
9. Engineering Process Officer (EPO)
· Assist in process quality
· Bachelor degree in Technical related subject, with min 2 years
10. Engineering Product Officer (PDE)
· Assist in process drawing
· Bachelor degree in Technical related subject, with min 2 years
11. Sales Officer (SO)
· Manage sales & data system administrator
· Fresh graduate
