·    At least 3 years successful working experience as a sales representative
·    Ability to work hard under tight competition & pressure
·    Pleasant personality with outstanding ability of human approach
·    Private ownership of motor vehicle

C. Lab Manager (LA)
·    Not more than 45 years old, with at least 5 years successful experience in managing refractive lens lab
·    Self motivation to get involved in lab site activities during non-working days whenever needed
·    Cooperative & tough personality in coping with detailed technical matters
·    Proficient in both oral & written English
·    Optometrist degree is preferable

D. Lab Supervisor (LS)
·    Not more than 35 years old, with a few years of similar working experience
·    Ability to work hard under tight pressure & monotonous environment
·    Cooperative & tough personality in coping with detailed technical matters
·    Proficient in both oral & written English
·    Optometrist degree is preferable
