<strong> PRICING OPERATIONS MANAGER </strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
·    Increase margin (absolute &amp; relative) within country through better cross functions engagement and more sophisticated pricing techniques to extract more value and/or drive strong market share and top line growth.<br />
·    Manage and lead pricing policy in country, in close liaison with the product management team.<br />
·    Provide <strong>marketing </strong>and <strong>sales </strong>leadership in programs aimed at broad based improvement in capability and business process such as: reviews on current pricing strategies, the competition, the industry.<br />
·    Monitor the pricing levers&#8217; effectiveness to reshape Sales &amp; Marketing policies.<br />
·    Analyze all sales and promotions to assure the appropriate prices and margins are maintained.<br />
·    Implement in close relation with Finance and IS the regional roadmap to improve data and systems readiness for further successful implementation of a long-term pricing software solution.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br />
·    Posses Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university with critical knowledge of Finance or Marketing.<br />
·    Experience in pricing process set up, Value Pricing and selling techniques or as Pricing Manager in the current/previous position.<br />
·    Excel-based Analysis &amp; Statistics<br />
·    Excellent English.<br />
·    Strong leadership &amp; good communication skills to build positive win-win cross functional relationship and interaction with Senior Management.</p>

<p>Coffey International Development in cooperation with the Nossal Institute for Global Health and GTZ International Services is managing the AusAID funded Australia Indonesia Partnership for Maternal and Neonatal Health Program which is an initiative to assist the Indonesian government to implement the National Making Pregnancy Safer Strategies in selected provinces and districts and improving public <strong>administration </strong>in the health sector.</p>
<p>We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for the Partnership based in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination and management of the administrative, procurement and financial aspects of the Partnership as well as human resource and general activity management. The Operations Manager will report directly to the Partnership Director and supervise the Partnership Support Unit and have oversight of the Provincial and District Coordinators.</p>
<p>You will have substantial experience in managing and/or leading operations specifically in the management of systems and procedures, and administrative and reporting arrangements to satisfy donor requirements. A solid knowledge and understanding of Government of Indonesia (GoI) systems and procedures; AusAID policies and cross cutting issues and as well as proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have a track record in working effectively with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds; excellent interpersonal communication; and report writing skills, strong leadership and demonstrated experience managing a team demonstrated ability to engage with and build relationships with government agency managers and government representatives as well as having graduate or postgraduate qualifications in business management or related field.</p>

<p><strong>Position Responsibilities </strong><br />
Direct firm&#8217;s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate development through marketing and services programs.<br />
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br />
1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.<br />
2. Plan and administer the firm&#8217;s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets.<br />
3. Organize and implement relations including; customer satisfaction surveys; CRM; others special events.<br />
4. Business development: activities including: planning and writing proposals for new business.<br />
5. Develop and manage advertising promotion division and activities.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements: </strong><br />
• Bachelor Degree with maximum age of 50<br />
• Must be 8 years experience in the same position; preferably in Marketing and Brand Management from retail or consumer goods company<br />
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.<br />
• Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.</p>
