Requirements :
·    Male / Female wiyh 30-40 years old (a,q,r), 25-30 years old (b,c,d,e,f,g,i,o,p,q), 18-25 years old (j,k,l,m,n)
·    With min GPA 2.75 degree in Hotel / F&B / Kitchen Management (a,b,c), Diploma Electrical Engineering (d), degree in Visual Com.(e), degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or Interior Design (f,g), Diploma degree in Hotel & Tourism (j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r)
·    Experience in 4 / 5 star hotel or high volume / up-market Rest. Min 3 years (a), 2 years (b), or experience in the same field min 3 years (c) or 1 year (d,e,f,g,h,i), experience in Japanese Restaurants or F&B services min 1 year (j,k,l,m,n), 2-3 years (o,p,q), preferably 3-5 years in Japanese Restaurants (q,r)
·    Having knowledge about Product Quality  & Service Procedure is a must (b,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r)
·    Understand about Kitchen Equipment, Chiller, Freezer & Coffee Machine (d)
·    Willing to travel & work on target deadline (f,g,i)
·    Familiar w-AutoCAD (f,g), 3D-Max, Photoshop, Freehand / Corel (e,g)
·    Able to demonstrate strong leadership in re-enforcing existing synergies, strong communication, dynamic, self driven & able work in team (a,b,h,i,q,r)
·    Height min 160 cm (Female) / 170 cm (Male) with good looking, nice performance & excellent interpersonal skills (j,k,l,m,n)
·    English & Japanese proficiency is an advantage (all)
