· Business Development Manager (BDM)
· Business Analyst / Client Service (BA)
· Business Development Officer (BDO)
Job purpose :
Develop business through new client acquisition & internal development
Job Rule :
· Manage marketing & sales activity such as telemarketing, tender, process, presentation, exhibition & promotion, etc
· New client acquisition & account management
· Create popular solution for client supply chain model
· Manage implementation process & mobilization of new clients
· Feasibility study, costing & pricing
· Involved in procurement process to ensure the goods quality accuracy of costing model
· Facilitate improvement of existing client in term of operation & commercials
· Competitor activity monitoring through some external network
· Analyze customer / business unit profitability
· Support management decision by data analysis
· Create “management dashboard”
Requirements :
· Male / Female
· Max 40 years old (BDM), Max 30 years old (BDO/BA)
· 3-5 years in 3 rd party logistics / logistics / distributor (BDM), 1-3 years in analytical job (BA & BDO)
· S1 / S2 Logistics / Marketing / Finance / Industrial Engineering (BDM), D3 / S1 Marketing / Finance / Logistics / Accounting
· Have a wide network in consumer goods, pharmacy, logistics
· Strong oral & written communication skill in English is a must
· Knowledge in B2B selling, Logistics, Supply chain management, Transportation
· Ability in Microsoft Excel, able to make data analysis, not only tabulation, cost modeling, financial modeling & other simulation. Power Point; able to make an attractive presentation. Any additional skill are welcome
· Report to Managing Director (BDM) & the Manager (BDO & BA)
· Have an own car is preferable. SCM certification will be an additional value. Placement will be Cikarang 70%, Medan & Surabaya 30% (Visit)
