2.    Engineering background for position no 1 & 5.
3.    Any academic background for position no. 2 & 3.
4.    Accounting & Tax background for position no. 4.
5.    A min of 8 years related experience for position no.1.
6.    A min of 5 years related experience for position no.2,3,5.
7.    Prior experience from reputable consulting firm in conducting salary survey activities for various industries as a plus – for position no.3.
8.    A min of 8 years related experience for position no.4.
9.    Fluent in English for position no.1,2,3,5.
